We are a large, premiere ISP (Independent Service Provider) for FedEx, operating in North Carolina. This means you will be working for a small, local family company, delivering packages that FedEx has contracted us deliver. (This is the FedEX model nationwide) We are a W2 employer, you will be in our branded trucks with proper branded FedEx uniforms. We Dispatch routes for Wilmington, NC, all of Columbus County, NC and the Lumberton to Red Springs area out of Fayetteville, NC.

We are currently looking for Delivery Drivers in our Columbus County & Fayetteville markets. No experience necessary but you will need a positive attitude, great work ethic, and a criminal and driving record able to pass FedEx guidelines.

Champion Parcel, Inc is a Independent Service Provider for the FedEx Home Delivery & Ground network.
We are looking for Part-time, Full-time, Seasonal, and weekend permanent drivers. Part Time now can turn into Full Time down the road if interested and vice versa.
You no longer have to have commercial driving experience so if this has hindered you before PLEASE hit us up!
If you cannot pass a background check or drug test please be upfront and do not burn either of our times.
Part Time, Full Time, and Weekend positions are available as said above.
We currently have schedules running various scheduled days Monday-Saturday throughout the year. (We operate Sundays for 4 weeks during Christmas so we will have an extra day for pay at that time. We pay a Sunday bonus and also a weekend bonus for working both days)
We come in, load our vans, and deliver until we are done. This is a very physical job but extremely rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy this business as folks are so very happy to see their FedEx delivery!
We are a very family oriented group and do our best to have a very balanced work/home life. Your hustle will have you home much, much earlier.
Pay starts at $140 a day plus bonuses for our Wilmington and Fayetteville markets, $120/day for our Columbus County routes. (The difference in that is each market has different stop bonus thresholds. Wilmington and Fayetteville are roughly double the threshold than Columbus. All markets have potential to make much more with the delivery bonuses)
Average shift is 6 hours. (Based on an 8 hour day, $140 is $17.50/hr. at , $120 is $15 and we strive for you to be done earlier than this)
We also pay performance bonuses for stops over a certain threshold, 6th day bonuses, weekend bonuses, safety bonuses)
Medical/Dental/Vision available.
*Minimum Qualifications:
-Pass/Maintain clean MVR, alcohol & drug tests, DOT physical
-Must be 21+ to deliver
-Be able to lift or move 70+ pounds, utilize dolly for up to 150 pound packages without damaging them, work on feet all day in inclement weather.
-Two weekend days a month required
-No DWI/DUI, No recent felony convictions, no pending court actions. Any non-violent felonies have to be minimum 10 years since conviction.
All background criteria is standardized and decided by FedEx.
-Be able to come to work on time and have a positive Team minded attitude. This a physical job so a negative mindset will not get through the day.
